There are a number of ways to contact the PCA.

It is important to remember that the Pubs Code sets out very strict deadlines connected with rights under the Code and for making formal referrals for arbitration to the PCA. It is the responsibility of the tied tenant and the pub company to ensure they are able to meet any time limits which apply to them.

The PCA provides information about the Pubs Code, including deadlines, in its helpful factsheets. The Code Compliance Officer (CCO) for each pub company is also available to answer your queries about your Pubs Code rights and any relevant time limits.

Referrals for arbitration

If you are a tied tenant and have a dispute with your pub company about whether it has complied with its duties under the Code, you may be able to refer the dispute for arbitration.
