There are six pub companies which each own more than 500 tied pubs in England and Wales and are regulated under the Pubs Code

If you are a tied pub tenant of one of the regulated pub companies below, or negotiating to become one, you will have Pubs Code rights.

More about the role of the CCO

A CCO is someone the POB employs whose role is to verify the POB’s compliance with the Pubs Code. They should be reasonably available to you to discuss queries in relation to the Pubs Code.
