The PCA plays a crucial role in fostering fairness and transparency within the pub industry, particularly for tied tenants.

As well as working to ensure compliance and providing an arbitration service for resolving Pubs Code disputes, the PCA:  

• Raises awareness of tied tenants Code rights, through publications, social media and industry events.
